Kelly Thames Bennett is an attorney and partner at the Greenberg & Sinkovits. Kelly practices in the areas of divorce and family law, minor and adult guardianship, adoption, and decedent’s administration in Cook County, DuPage County, Will County, and Lake County. She was the 2019-2020 Chair for the Standing Committee on Women and the Law of the Illinois State Bar Association. She currently serves on the Board of the Schiller DuCanto and Fleck Family Law Center at DePaul University College of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. Kelly volunteers pro bono legal service through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and the American Bar Association Free Legal Answers program.
