Meredith Nathan
Biographical Info Meredith Nathan, Wellness Coach and Licensed Massage Therapist, is a graduate of Northwestern University and Chicago School of Massage Therapy, and continued her education through Upledger Institute and Leadership Team Development. Meredith has been highlighted in Conceive Magazine, Conceive on Air, and Massage Magazine. The daughter of a biophysicist and a craniosacral therapist, she is passionate about blending the best of holistic modalities, grounded in science. Meredith led the development of the Fertility Enhancing Massage (FEM) Protocol in partnership with Pulling Down the Moon, after working with thousands of women seeking to improve their fertility since 2004. This protocol has since been Nationally Certified by the NCBTMB, and was recently acquired by Shady Grove Fertility, the largest medical fertility clinic in the US. Wanting multiple tools to help her clients achieve their wellness goals, Meredith also studied nutrition, supplementation and nutrigenomics, the study of how our DNA and genetic codes interact with nutrients. Through simple solutions for detoxification, low-immunity, fatigue, children's health, women's health, skin toxicity, and anti-aging, Meredith strives to empower women and families to achieve optimal health, one day at a time.
